The changes in my life
by Allen Jozer Roldan
You must be the change you wish to
see in the world but I want to see the changes that comes from myself first. The
hardest thing for any person is to have to deal with peer pressure. No matter
how old you are, there always are going to be peers that will try force things
on you. You can not give in. No matter how bad it gets, just be yourself. No
matter how cool you want to be, just be yourself. Most people want a changes in
their life. I know that is not easy to do anything changes but I prove to
myself that I’ll do something good to make my parents proud of me.
When I was sixteen, I don't think I
could have imagined what would happen to me in the next five years of my life.
My family's past was nomadic, but I never thought that I would experience such
large changes in my own life. In such a short period of time, I moved to Trade
National High School and finished high school,
found the love of my life. These drastic changes resulted in some
valuable life lessons, and I feel that they will help me greatly when I start
college next fall. In this essay I will talk about these experiences, and how
they shaped me.
I never played favorites with the
subjects I studied in school. It simply didn't matter. The pursuit of knowledge
was a wonderful and exciting adventure to me. In College of STI , I found
incredible inspiration and creativity in the workings of computer. The way the
subject was taught allowed me to stretch the bounds of my knowledge and I
studied far into the of college computer. I know it sounds strange, but I found
my final computer exams to be some of the most fun I've ever had. The programs seemed
to work themselves out with very little effort from myself. From computer, I
learned how truly pleasurable academics could be.
